I am a coffee junkie....I mean JUNKIE.
1. I'll agree, Starbucks drip coffee is not good BUT!!!! they pull a hell of an espresso shot.
2. Caribou has an ok drip coffee but can't pull a shot to save their lives...
3. Both Caribou and Starbucks beans for home use can be (and most often is) a crap shoot. Find a local roaster for home use, I am an Intellegenstia fanatic, fresh roasted beans makes the diff.

A local roaster where I get my coffee, they roast to order and ship.
I used to drink it at their cafe, but nowadays they are trying way too hard to be like Starbuck's, so I just vacuum-bottle it. |
