He buys the "green" beans from work and then uses an old stainless steal skilett. He then roasts them on the stove top. His only caution is that you must constantly keep the beans moving around to obtain an even roast. Really he says it's pretty easy and costs very little, and you don't need any catalog bought special equipment. |
